The company was founded to assist small and medium sized business owners and their leaders to quickly move their business results from successful to extraordinary. By coaching clients in 10 fundamental areas of business, Beach helps companies to accelerate growth, retain greater profits, and improve customer experience, and many other successful outcomes.
“Before opening my Coaching & Consulting business I researched the American economy and was shocked and appalled to find that while over 65% of the net new jobs in our country were started in small businesses, those businesses continue to struggle to find success. Roughly half fail within 5 years and almost 70% fail within 10 years. I want to help, and want to find out whether we can improve on those dismal numbers” Beach revealed. The site was designed and developed with a view to leveraging substantial use of audio and video to help spread the wealth of information to business owners across the Twin Cities or across the globe.
