Savage, Minnesota- USA: — Michael Beach, Savage, Minnesota, announced today that his Coaching & Consulting Practice will launch an innovative new program in January of 2014, designed to help Business Owners to grow and increase profits. Michael is a Certified Professional Business Coach and will host monthly sessions with up to 12 local Business Owners and facilitate discussions on a wide array of relevant business topics. The sessions will combine the educational aspect of a presentation on a relevant topic and then Michael and the business owners will discuss the topic in a round robin manner and then close each session with a peer network group approach where they discuss their businesses as a group to help one another with common business problems.

In addition to the monthly Group Sessions, the program includes a private confidential one on one coaching session where Michael and the business owner discuss business issues, challenges and opportunities with that particular owner’s company, and build a unique strategy to help them increase business and personal effectiveness. “The inclusion of the personal one on one coaching allows us to combine a dynamic workshop, a Mastermind/Peer Group, and personalized one on one business coaching into an amazingly valuable and yet affordable program!” remarked Beach.
