Michael brings more than 40 years of business leadership experience to his work with C-Suite Executives, Business Owners, and their Emerging Leaders. Michael is well-versed in Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Channel Programs, Business Systems, Human Resources, and many, many other business disciplines. Also, he is now Master Certified as an MCPBC by the PBCA.
Michael had a long and successful career as an executive in the high technology industry before becoming a Certified Professional Business Coach and a contributing member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance in 2013. Most recently, Michael became a Master Certified Professional Business Coach within the PBCA coaching industry. Michael’s involvement with the PBCA enables the entire coaching staff at MBCC to avail themselves of the combined intellectual property, tools, training and continuing education opportunities provided by the PBCA.

Ron Friedman, CPBC
Ron Friedman brings more than 30 years of direct sales, sales training, sales management, and general management expertise to his clients. Ron’s most recent corporate position was that of President and Chief Operating Officer of Compart AG, an output management software company headquartered in Boblingen, Germany. Prior to this, Ron has overseen initial public offerings (NASDAQ – GSOF), negotiated and implemented key acquisitions, directed international expansion, and grew annual revenue. Ron is also experienced in strategic and operations planning, sales and marketing strategies, and technology services and solutions in a broad range of industries.

Melissa Worrel-Johnson, CPBC
Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC) / Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
Over her 20-year career, Melissa Worrel-Johnson has focused her efforts in leadership, talent development, and business strategy. Her diverse background includes entrepreneurial business start-ups as well as significant leadership roles in large corporations.
Melissa started her career in franchising with two Curves for Women locations in Seattle, WA. She grew her membership to over 700 active members in her first location prior to purchasing her second location. While operating her franchise locations Melissa ventured into insurance. She began her scratch agency with Farmers Insurance in 2004, for three and half years she grew the operation, earned her FINRA 6, 63, and eventually 26, prior to selling her agency. Being asked to move into a corporate role, she helped develop and mentor new agency owners in low market share states within the operating territory.
This experience to recruit, train and develop new business owners where the brand was not widely known was incredible learning to share with business owners buying into new franchises and/or building their brand in any marketplace.
After six years of working with new agents; Melissa transitioned to established agencies to assist them in growing their current market share, revamping their marketing systems, increasing profits, lowering expenses, and improving client retention.
Sharon Brown, Health and Wellness Coach
Sharon Brown has joined forces with Michael Beach Coaching & Consulting. Sharon is a Health and Wellness Coach and a Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Training program graduate. She’s also an Optavia Certified Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Les Mills Body Balance Instructor. Sharon is passionate about helping others to live their best life possible. She helps clients turn the impossible into “I am possible”. Sharon specializes in coaching adults hoping for better wellness and health. Clients assess the areas of their life to find opportunities for improvement and then together with Sharon, make a plan to move themselves forward for improved life satisfaction.

Amy Renee
Office-Account Manager / Video – Podcast Production
Amy has worked in the business world for over 20 years in a variety of roles. Her thorough experience led to great success with her previous companies and she has become invaluable at Michael Beach Coaching & Consulting. Amy effectively manages her team by sharing great insights.
Amy started her career at Merrill Lynch Asset Management in their corporate offices in New Jersey in Operations and moved her way up to Global Business Development. Later she took on important roles in IT, and ultimately the Latin America Sales Division as training coordinator manager. She then moved back to MN and worked for a small company in the twin cities for years as a National Account Manager. Amy worked directly with buyers of big companies, establishing and building strong client relationships while providing long-term solutions for their businesses. Amy also worked closely with factories overseas to find products and pricing to align with clients in the US. She joined Michael as his first employee 6 years ago and has grown with MBCC as the company has expanded.
Sheryl Suzon-Kempis
Executive Virtual Assistant/Social Media Coordinator
Sheryl is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and ventured into virtual assistance after graduating. She is an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant, having worked in the industry for several years and she is quite effective at assisting her clients in reducing their workloads and the complexity of their daily activities. She has developed an appreciation for the value of excellent customer service, teamwork, and collaboration.
Sheryl has been a member of the team at Michael Beach Coaching & Consulting for over a year now, and she is making a difference for our coaches, the team, and also for our clients. Sheryl manages the calendars of several of our coaches and helps to keep the coaches aligned with our client’s busy calendars as they travel. In addition, Sheryl manages MBCC’s social media marketing presence and designs content on several platforms, like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter. Sheryl manages Michael’s daily social media posts, his weekly blog articles, and the videos that we share on YouTube, handling the creation of the content and editing. In addition to all of that Sheryl also helps us to keep all of our content like workshops, articles or tools, branded and stored effectively so that all of our coaches have access to the jewels in the vault. Finally, Sheryl is integrally involved in the setup and onboarding process we use to get our clients off to a great start when they begin to work with their MBCC coaching one on one. Suffice it to say, that Sheryl has quickly become a trusted and highly respected member of the MBCC Team.
Layla
Layla is our Chief People Officer. She joined the firm during the pandemic year of 2020 and she’s been charming us and our clients ever since she joined the team. If you’re having a rough day, Layla will cuddle with you and lift your spirits in a jiffy! She is a great retriever and loves to play fetch, for hours at a time.
