Lisa brings over 20 years of leadership experience, taking teams to high-performance levels, ranging in size from 2-200. Her industry experience ranges from small to large organizations in healthcare, financial services/banking, professional services, legal, aviation, manufacturing, retail, staffing and construction services.
She also founded two small businesses that she led, Exalt HR and Feature Talent Builders.

Lisa holds certifications as a Professional Business Coach through the PBCA, Career Transition Coach, Advanced HR Certificate, Professional in the Academy of Healthcare Management and is also trained in Change Management and Mindfulness Meditation.
Lisa and her husband live in the midwest and love spending time with their two adult kids and high-energy furry family member, Copper. Lisa fuels her tank through mindfulness meditation, reading fiction and non-fiction, attending a weekly bible study and taking walks where the scenery is breathtaking. She also loves classic movies from the 1940s and the 1950s.
